Above all, the quality and experience of Chameleon's people is the key to both its and its clients’ success. At Chameleon you have a combined design experience worth over 235 years, yet the average age is less than 25 years. That knowledge base is invaluable when developing brands - it means that resources are not wasted pursuing applications that are not practical or achievable. It means also that resources are focused on the design development of brands that are creatively unique and commercially viable.

The team at Chameleon is committed to long term relationships with both clients and Chameleon itself. Many of the team have been with Chameleon for over ten years. Chameleon is young and enthusiastic yet has the backing of a stable and successful business in which creativity and talent, experience and team spirit are its hallmarks.

Chameleon Creative has a corporate structure with a board meeting monthly to monitor the progress of the company and the progress of its five sub-committees.

These include Product Development, Sales and Marketing, The Chameleon Brand, Training and Innovation. This structure allows the company to both innovate for its clients and be an innovative company.

It allows the directors and General Manager to both work on the business, and in it.
